GENERAL INFORMATION for ARTY MARTY STUDIO

Where are you located?
~1439 Lincoln Way, Auburn CA 95603. We are directly across from the Courthouse in Old Town Auburn.

Where do I park?
~There is street parking, a public lot a few buildings over and a huge parking lot behind building that is available other than Saturdays until 1pm for Farmer's Market.
​
Do you offer refunds?
~We do not offer refunds, only studio credit to apply to upcoming classes using the equivalent cost, so it's important to plan ahead. We are not able to refund or offer private makeup classes for missed classes once sessions or class has started.
​
Do you accommodate allergies or sensitivities?
~We are happy to make reasonable accommodations for allergies, food sensitivities and sensory needs. Please let us know before class so we can prepare appropriately. We do our best to keep a clean and safe studio, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, especially during camps with home packed lunches.​

How should I notify the studio about special needs?
~During registration, please email or call us with any information needed so your child can thrive and feel comfortable.
​
Can I stay with my child if they have special needs or anxiety?​
~Absolutely. Parents or aides are welcome to stay if extra support helps the participant feel more secure and safe. Please let us know ahead of time so we can plan seating and space.

Are your projects appropriate for different ability levels?
~Yes! Projects are designed with flexibility so students can participate at their own pace and comfort level.
What ages do you serve?
~We offer creative experiences for a wide range of ages. Each class or workshop will list it's recommended age group.

Do I need to register in advance?
~Yes. Booking ahead ensures we have materials for each participant. Sometimes a class may be listed as drop-in and registration may not be required and it will be noted in that class description.

Are supplies included?
~Yes. All materials and tools for the session are included.
​

Do parents stay during class?
~This depends on the age and class type. Most sessions are drop-off, however a parent should stick close by for very young children. We do have a seating area in back if parents of young ones want to stay. Each class description will note what is required and/or suggested.

What should participants wear?
~We cannot guarantee that all things artsy will come out in the wash, so please dress your child in clothes that are ok with getting messy and/or stained. Aprons are provided.
​
Do classes change throughout the year?
~Yes. We offer rotating themes, seasonal projects, new creative experiences throughout the year.
​
Do you offer drop-ins?
~Drop-ins are allowed only when space is available unless class specifies it's a drop in. Please check class availability or contact us directly.
​
What is required before each class?
~Enrollment of chosen class and completed waiver form. Each class needs prior payment in order to join.

Do you offer any scholarships or sponsorships?
We are always wanting to help our community and neighbors. Reach out directly to share your needs
HOMESCHOOL VOUCHERS + CHARTER SCHOOLS

Do you accept homeschool vouchers?
~Yes. Arty Marty is working hard on getting approved at this time.
​
How does payment for through vouchers work?
~Families need to work directly with their school and teacher and request approval for Arty Marty and ask for a voucher. Parents do not pay up front. Families are welcome to pay in full if not using vouchers.
​
Can my child attend before the voucher is processed?
~Yes, as long as voucher has been requested and approved by teacher.

PARTIES & PRIVATE EVENTS
​
Do you only offer kids birthday parties?
~No. We can host creative parties and private group sessions. Each event can be customized with included supplies and guided studio time. Limited space dependeding on event. 12-18 guests max. Contact directly for more info.
​
Can we bring food or decorations?
~Yes, You are welcome to bring your own treats, drinks and table decor. No wall hangings unless otherwise approved.
